Granting Accountant Access with Zenefits

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click on the Company Profile app icon, below your employee listing.

  • Click the Administrators link in the left column.

  • Scroll down the page to the Additional Administrators section and click Add Administrator.

  • Enter TristanCPA's information:

  • Is this admin an employee? No

  • First Name: TristanCPA

  • Last Name: Accountant

  • Email Address: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • Permissions:

  • Payroll

  • Integrations

  • Contractors

  • This employee will be able to:

  • View basic employee information

  • Click the Add Admin button to finish.
