Granting Accountant Access with Tipalti
Please grant TristanCPA access to Tipalti by following the instructions below:
Log in to your account (you must have the Payer Administration role to add users)
Navigate to Administration > User management. All current users display.
At the top right of the screen, click Add user button. The "Add new user" screen displays user permissions.
Enter TristanCPA's email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.
To the right of each role, click Toggle button "Off" to switch to "On" (the button is now green)
Permissions: General and Bills (list shown here)
At the bottom of the screen, click Create Button.
A green confirmation message appears and you are now back on the "User management" screen where the name of the user you just created displays.
