Granting Accountant Access with Tipalti

Please grant TristanCPA access to Tipalti by following the instructions below:

  • Log in to your account (you must have the Payer Administration role to add users)

  • Navigate to Administration > User management. All current users display.

  • At the top right of the screen, click Add user button. The "Add new user" screen displays user permissions.

  • Enter TristanCPA's email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • To the right of each role, click Toggle button "Off" to switch to "On" (the button is now green)

  • Permissions: General and Bills (list shown here)

  • At the bottom of the screen, click Create Button.

A green confirmation message appears and you are now back on the "User management" screen where the name of the user you just created displays.
