Granting Accountant Access with Shopify

Please grant TristanCPA access to Shopify by following the instructions below.

  • Log in to your account.

  • From your Shopify admin account, go to Settings and then click on Users and Permissions.

  • In the Staff section of Permissions, click Add staff.

  • Enter TristanCPA's information:

  • First Name: TristanCPA

  • Last Name: Accountant

  • Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • Grant Permissions:

  • All "General Staff" permissions

  • Home

  • Orders

  • Draft Orders

  • Products

  • Gift Cards

  • Customers

  • Reports

  • Dashboards

  • Marketing

  • Discounts

  • The following "Administration" permissions

  • View Shopify Payments payouts

  • View billing and receive billing emails

  • View apps developed by staff and collaborators

  • Develop apps

  • The following "App and channel access" permissions

  • Manage and install apps and channels

  • Click Save.

  • From your Shopify admin account, go to Apps.

  • Click Develop apps.

  • Click Allow custom app development.

  • Read the warning and information provided, and then click Allow custom app development.
