Granting Accountant Access with ShipHero

Please grant TristanCPA access to ShipHero by following the instructions below.

• Log in to your account.

• Navigate to My Account > Users

• Click Add User

• Enter TristanCPA's information

• Name: TristanCPA Accountant

• Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

• Password: Create a secure password and save it below.

• Select the BIN & SKU display preferences: N/A (This and the following shouldn't matter since TristanCPA is not using a mobile app)

• Select the Print Station: N/A

• Select Default Order Status: N/A

• Select Print Type: N/A

• Select Warehouse: N/A

• Choose whether to enable Tote QA: N/A

• Choose whether to Enable Voice Picking: N/A

• Select Voice Picking Speed: N/A

• Select Voice Picking Language: English

• Specify Single Item Batch Pick Rows: N/A

• Specify Groups: Admin or Read only access

• Click Save.
