Granting Accountant Access with QuickBooks Payroll

Please note that QuickBooks Payroll is not the same as Intuit Payroll. Please double-check which payroll system you're using.
For QuickBooks Payroll
QB Payroll is native/internal to QBO, so to check if you have it, go to QBO > Gear Icon > Account Settings > Billing & Subscription.
If you have QBO Payroll, you will see a subscription card for "QuickBooks Online Payroll."
Please click the purple Add bottom at the bottom. We can access your payroll from your Quickbooks account.
For Intuit Payroll credentials
Intuit Payroll is not native to QBO, so you should not see anything on the subscriptions page.
