Granting Accountant Access with QB Commerce (Tradegecko)

If you access your Quickbooks Commerce (Tradegecko) in Quickbooks Online, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to QuickBooks Online

• Click the gear icon at the top-right

• Click Manage Users.

• Select Add Users.

• Enter TristanCPA's information:

• Role: Company Admin or Accountant

• Name: TristanCPA Accountant

• Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

If you have a standalone Quickbooks Commerce account (your login is separate from your Quickbooks Online account), please share access to Tradegecko with TristanCPA with the steps below.

• Log in to your primary account owner Tradegecko account.

• In the Account Settings> Company Details> Team Members

• Click on Invite Another Team Member.

• Enter TristanCPA's information:

• Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

• First name: TristanCPA

• Last name: Accountant

• Role: Accountant

• Click on Send Invitation.
