Granting Accountant Access with Paychex

TristanCPA will need the following steps completed to request access to your Paychex account:

• Please share your Company name and Paychex account number below.

• Reach out to your TristanCPA team, and let them know you use a Paychex account.

TristanCPA will use this information to request access. Once we've confirmed we've sent you a request, your Paychex account owner can follow the steps below to accept this request:

• Log into your Paychex account as the account owner.

• In your dashboard under "Tasks", click View All.

• Accept TristanCPA's request for access.

• Important: TristanCPA needs access to your Analytics and Reports in our administrator view. Please make sure you grant Plan Contact/Client Admin permissions.

• Notify your TristanCPA team that you've accepted our request for access
