Granting Accountant Access with Citizens Bank

To add TristanCPA as an authorized user:

  • Log in to your account.

  • Click on My Accounts on far left<

  • Click Manage Users on the far right

  • Click the Add New User button

  • Fill out the form as necessary with the below info:

  • First Name: TristanCPA

  • Last Name: Accountant

  • User Name: ClientNameAccountant1

  • Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • Click Next to advance to assign permissions.

  • On the "Accounts Setup" page:

  • Select the Active option for the accounts.

  • For each of your account, select the Register option.

  • For each of your account, select the Statement option.

  • Select Next to save.
