Granting Accountant Access with Chase Personal Credit Card

Please choose one of these three options:

  1. If you have access to your Chase credit card via your Chase Business Bank account:

  2. Please fill out the instructions for "Chase Business Bank" connection instead. Reach out to your contact at Pilot for additional assistance.

  3. If the card is a personal Chase card that has a mix of personal and business expenses:

  4. In most cases, we recommend submitting the business expenses through an expense-tracking system like Expensify rather than adding this connection because it will allow you to specify which transactions are business transactions.

  5. If it is a personal Chase credit card with only business expenses (or if it has an untracked mix of personal and business expenses and you would like advice on how to decouple it):

  6. Add <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided, to the email addresses associated with the account (this will allow us to get 2-step verification codes) by following the instructions below:

  7. Log in to your account.

  8. Click on the 'Main Menu' in the top right corner indicated by three horizontal lines

  9. Click on 'Account Management'

  10. Click on 'Profile and Settings'

  11. Click on "Email"

  12. In the top right corner click on the "+ Add" to add a new email add <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided, and allow use for Online Security

  13. Click 'Save'

  14. Provide us the username and password you use to log into your Chase credit card below.
