Granting Accountant Access with Chase Business Bank/Credit Cards

Please grant TristanCPA's view-only access to your Chase account(s) by following the instructions below.

  • Log in to your account.

  • In the top row, click on Account Management, and select Access and Security Manager in the dropdown.

  • Click Add New User blue button, and Chase may ask you to enter your credentials again.

  • Enter TristanCPA's information:

  • First Name: TristanCPA

  • Last Name: Accountant

  • Email: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • Create username: ClientNameAccountant1

  • You should see a confirmation that says "You've added an authorized user"

Next, you'll need to grant us "view-only" to each of your accounts. You'll see a list of your accounts below our user information:

  • To the right of each account is an Assign access button.

  • For each of the accounts that we should be able to view, please click Assign access and assign the following access level: “See Activity Only” and check the following:

  • See check images

  • See statements and documents

  • For credit cards, check:

  • Access level: See activity only

  • General services

  • See activity and balance

  • See statements and documents

  • Employee credit cards: Choose all

  • Click Save.
