Granting Accountant Access with TD BANK
TD Bank
Log in to your TD Bank
Confirm you are in the Business view with the toggle in the top right of the screen
Click on "Users & Access" tab
Click on "Add New Users" located in the bottom right-hand side.
Fill out the form as follows:
User ID: ClientNameAccountant1
Email address: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.
First name: TristanCPA
Last name: Accountant
Role: Accountant
When you've finished, click on "Add New User"
If you do not have "Roles" assigned for your sub-users, please follow the instructions below:
Log in to your TD Bank
Click on "Users" tab
Click on "Manage Roles"
Click on "Create New Role"
Role Name: Accountant
Role Description: Accounting
Check the following boxes for each account:
"Accounts"
"Wire Activity"
"Order Check Copies"
"Order Statement Copies"
"Account Nicknames"
"OFX"
Select access level: "Alert Administration"
Click on "Assign These Permissions"
