Granting Accountant Access with TD BANK

  • Log in to your TD Bank

  • Confirm you are in the Business view with the toggle in the top right of the screen

  • Click on "Users & Access" tab

  • Click on "Add New Users" located in the bottom right-hand side.

  • Fill out the form as follows:

  • User ID: ClientNameAccountant1

  • Email address: <DedicatedEmail>@tristancpa.com where Dedicated Email is the email address that we provided.

  • First name: TristanCPA

  • Last name: Accountant

  • Role: Accountant

  • When you've finished, click on "Add New User"

If you do not have "Roles" assigned for your sub-users, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to your TD Bank

  • Click on "Users" tab

  • Click on "Manage Roles"

  • Click on "Create New Role"

  • Role Name: Accountant

  • Role Description: Accounting

  • Check the following boxes for each account:

    • "Accounts"

    • "Wire Activity"

    • "Order Check Copies"

    • "Order Statement Copies"

    • "Account Nicknames"

    • "OFX"

  • Select access level: "Alert Administration"

  • Click on "Assign These Permissions"
